What is the Dugan Foundation?

The Dugan Foundation is a public non-profit local organization dedicated to ending euthanasia as a form of population control by developing Pierce County into a sustainable no-kill companion animal community. The Dugan Foundation believes in human accountability for the welfare of companion animals. We support existing organizations dedicated to the same cause. They accomplish their work through leadership, grant giving, fundraising, and education.
