REAL ESTATE
Better Properties
She’s back on the Tacoma Real Estate scene. Whether marketing classic Craftsman homes in Tacoma, selling the Admiral’s house on Gig Harbor Bay, surveying Graham for prairie flowers, or creating native landscapes, Victoria Olson has been an active part of the communities of Pierce County since 1974.
For years Victoria has focused her private and professional life on raising awareness of the intrinsic value of local natural ecosystems, believing that because they are critical elements of our local economies and essential to the health and well-being of our neighborhoods, they must be managed for resilience by resident landowners at the neighborhood level.
Victoria is the co-founder of the Chebaulip Bayside Forest Community Keepers Alliance and currently sits on the Pierce County Conservation Futures Board. She leads the monthly evening unit of the Tacoma League of Women Voters and is active with the Tacoma Sea Scouts.
From 1978-95 she sold hundreds of homes and land within Pierce County. While Victoria’s primary focus is local, she is now an International Real Estate
Specialist, also marketing properties throughout Washington State, Mexico and Europe.
